Molera Extra Dry 2023 by Bisol154 has been awarded the Tre Bicchieri (Three Glasses) in Gambero Rosso’s Vini d’Italia 2025 guide, one of the wine world’s highest recognitions, recognising a path undertaken with the aim of constant qualitative growth, achieved by fully enhancing the identity of the Unesco Heritage hills.
This historic award comes ten years after the company became part of Gruppo Lunelli and confirms Bisol1542 as at the top of Prosecco Superiore, restoring lustre to a centuries-old heritage, thanks to the efforts made since 2014 with significant investments in the countryside and in the cellar, by virtue of the excellence that has always united the companies in the group.
A series of choices and activities, from the agricultural and methodological requalification of the vineyards to the utmost attention in harvesting methods, now carried out in bins, to the creation of the new ‘Cantina dei Cru’, for separate processing of musts and ‘made-to-measure’ vinification, have become fundamental steps in a project to safeguard biodiversity and preserve the structure of the authentic heroic Valdobbiadene vineyard.
This is a new approach for the world of Prosecco, originating from the awareness of operating in a unique territory and in the wake of a deep-rooted tradition, perpetrated by generations.
It is a journey conducted with courage and great commitment by the entire Bisol1542 team, starting with the technical team with the support of Uva Sapiens and Davide Granzotto, and all the people in the group who have dedicated themselves to communicating, enhancing and promoting the brand.
The coveted Tre Bicchieri title follows other recent prestigious international awards won by Bisol1542, such as the 97/100 for the I Gondolieri in the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Gold Medal for Cartizze at the International Wine Challenge.
Molera Extra Dry 2023 expresses the best of the vintage in which it was produced and is available only in leading restaurants, hotels and wine bars: it is a wine that draws its personality from the morainic soils of selected Valdobbiadene vineyards, unmistakable for its great balance of fruit, pulp, saltiness, elegance and grace.
